For the month of December, the Ordre Mondial des Gourmet Dégustateurs, Bailliage de Bangkok-Rattanakosin will bring you the finest of Italian wines, featuring those of Barone Ricasoli, the second oldest winery in the world. The history of the Ricasoli family has been
linked to wine since 1141, when there is written testimony attesting that the Ricasoli family was in possession of Brolio Castle. In 1872 Baron Bettino Ricasoli originated the formula for Chianti wine, now called Chianti Classico. The current Barone Ricasoli will attend.
Chef Andrea Accordi of Riva del Fiume in the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River has created a menu that will be a perfect match for such illustrious wines. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
