– Elevate your palate with the Hokkaido scallop tartar, a crescendo of flavors featuring smoked caviar, cauliflower cream, zesty citrus, caper leaf, and the pièce de résistance, black truffle. Harmonize this symphony with Santa Barbara Stefano Antonucci Verdicchio.
