Chaîne Phuket Dinner at Bampot, Cherngtalay

We are pleased to extend final details for our next Chaine dinner will be at Bampot. The Bampot Kitchen & Bar is a Modern European restaurant that takes inspiration from the culinary scene across Europe to create unique dishes. Using the finest local and imported ingredients, the menu presented here could grace any haute cuisine restaurant, but Bampot Kitchen & Bar does away with any stuffiness or pretense, choosing instead a casual, fun and friendly environment.
Head chef and partner, Jamie Wakeford works behind the second half of the counter as he prepares a wide range of culinary delights. It is not easy to find such a degree of creativity and intricacy in Thailand outside of the five-star eateries of Bangkok.
To complement Jamie’s creative and wonderful dishes, we have selected several marvelous wines. Our wine philosophy is to explore quality wines and unique grape varietals from around the world.
