Our first event in 2016 takes us to The Bay Restaurant at Dusit Thani Hotel and Resort in Pattaya, where Executive Chef and Conseiller Culinaire Jens Heier is in charge. Once again Jens created an exquisite menu that promises to be the first culinary highlight for this year.
