The Chaine’s next dinner will take place on Tuesday 23rd ,September at RR&B, The Landmark Hotel, Bangkok. Chef Philippe and his team will delight us with their excellent culinary skills, which paired with exceptional Saki will ensure a fun and enjoyable culinary evening.
Chef Philippe
A native of Tours (France) in the Loire River valley, Philippe started his career In Saint Maure De Touraine (renowned for its goat cheese) with a “cuisine du terroir” as his foundation, and continued his favoured style of cooking with the Roux brothers in London, Jean Paul Lacombe in Lyon and Master Chef Claude Girard In Saint Tropez, before moving overseas to Spain, USA, Myanmar, China and now Thailand
Philippe has been leading the culinary team at The Landmark Bangkok for the past 10 Years and he was instrumental in opening the new Rib Room restaurant and rebranding to “RR&B” in 2006. It enjoys an excellent reputation for the wide range of USA, Australian and Japanese beef.
