In the month of September we meet with an old friend. Mirco Keller, chef and partner of the eponymous restaurant Keller Bangkok, is one of the pillars of the local food scene. Chef Mirco has hosted the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs before. He knows what we stand for. Is it any wonder that Keller and the Chaîne make magic? This year, Chef Mirco has devised a sumptuous menu of innovative, contemporary classics that will delight with their blend of European and Asian influences and techniques. Paired with some excellent wines, this is a dinner not to be missed.
