In this post-Covid age where fine dining is all about Michelin stars and 50 Best — chefs and smaller venues taking risks and pushing boundaries — innovation has become the keyword for modern dining. At the Bailliage de Bangkok-Rattanakosin, we passionately support and rejoice in such delights but we also believe in other hallmarks of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs: camaraderie, pageantry, glamour and, of course, delicious food paired with great wines. In our latest event, we are pleased to combine all of the best qualities of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

We bring you a banquet in the magnificent lobby of the Anantara Siam Bangkok where Bailli Délégué Honoraire Alan Kam hosted one of our most popular and memorable events. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs as we all know it.
