Chef Alessandro Frau has arrived! Acqua, the rapturously-acclaimed modern Sardinian restaurant from Phuket finally has a Bangkok branch. Using centenary recipes reinvented with today’s techniques and sophistication, Chef Alessandro beguiles us with a wide range of imported ingredients. The majority come from Italy but many from France, Spain and Japan as well. With wines from Sardinia and Sicily, this promises to be a revelatory culinary experience.
